Delaine Frazier is Corporate Counsel for LexisNexis Legal & Professional.  She serves as the lead point of contact for large law firms in Louisiana and North Carolina. With an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and solutions, Delaine builds and maintains strong client relationships and oversees client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Delaine holds a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, and she is a member of the Louisiana State Bar. In her 13 years with LexisNexis, Delaine has worked with law schools and law firms and conducted hundreds of presentations on legal research methods.
