Rachael Mills currently works with Lagniappe Law Lab as the Director of Programs & Operations. Prior to joining Lagniappe Law Lab, Rachael worked as Access to Justice Projects counsel for the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Access to Justice Department. Her projects included administering LA.FreeLegalAnswers.org, staffing various committees and subcommittees of the Access to Justice Commission and Committee, and coordinating the ATJ Developing Leadership Intern Program. After college, Rachael completed three terms of service with AmeriCorps which led her to move to Louisiana as a disaster relief volunteer after Hurricane Katrina.
